**By booking your appointment, you’ve agreed with all terms and policies
POLICIES ARE ENFORCED OUT OF RESPECT FOR MYSELF & MY CLIENT’S TIME. EVERYONE’S LASHES ARE DIFFERENT. LASH EXTENSIONS TAKE ON THE FORM OF YOUR NATURAL LASHES, NEVER EXPECT YOURS TO LOOK EXACTLY LIKE SOMEONE ELSE’S.

PAYMENTS
There’s a $20 deposit fee due upon booking. Deposit goes towards the total cost of service. This ensures that the appointment already has a set date and time. The rest of the remaining balance will be due day of appointment and the rest amount that’s due (depending on what kind of set you want) will be due in either of the following methods: cash (has to be EXACT amount), zelle, Venmo. ALL deposits are final/ non-refundable. I do NOT accept Cash App as ANY form of payment!

BOOKING
If none of the times and/or dates I have on my site work for you, message me and I can see what I can do for you. Please schedule fills 2-3 weeks ahead of time because my appointments fill up fast. I do offer squeeze ins for an additional price. If you are not able to book an appointment for a certain date on my site because it’s a squeeze in, please feel free to dm me on instagram and I will get to you shortly.
LATE POLICY / CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
If you are 5 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule online. Your $20 deposit will also be forfeited. No exceptions.
If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hrs. before your appointment preferably. I understand things happen last minute.
If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit is required.
IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be made 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled appointment if you wish to have your deposit transferred to another time/date. However, if cancellations are made less than 24 hrs. from your appointment, a new security deposit is required to secure the new booking.
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds for any service. If you are not satisfied with your results please contact me kindly and we can figure out how to fix it. If lashes fall out quick within 72 hrs., I will gladly fix them for free. After 72 hrs., any fallout will be considered 1-3 week fill.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Comfortable clothes and personal blanket is recommended for a relaxed appointment
Come in with CLEAN lashes- no eye makeup, or oil based products around the eyes.
Please don’t wear any eye makeup (eyebrows are okay).
You must not get your lashes wet 24hrs. after the appointment, so showering the night before or day of is recommended.
No caffeine before the appointment.
No extra guests allowed please.
Please silence all devices as soon as you enter for your appointment.
Please be prepared to be in a laying position for 1-3 hrs. MAX. Therefore, I would recommend to text/call as many ppl. as you need BEFORE your appointment to avoid any interruptions.
Once you arrive to the address, message me on instagram or text me if you have my number that you are outside so I can open door for you. PLEASE DO NOT ring the doorbell.
I do “silent appointments” so if you are not comfortable with being in an environment with minimal talking I suggest to reconsider booking an appointment. I do silent appointments because I tend to work more efficiently and quickly when i’m not distracted. Please keep in mind I will usually have a podcast, music, tv shows playing in the background so my clients can have something to listen to during their appointments. If you want to listen to something specific you can always let me know and I can accommodate that for you. If you want to listen to your own music on your own you’re more than welcome to!
COVID 19
If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, please contact me to reschedule.
FILL & FOREIGN FILL
If you ever in doubt if you qualify for a fill you can always send me a picture before booking.
Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks after lash extension application. There’s no specific percentage on amount of lashes required for a fill. As long as there are lashes extensions on each eye it will be considered a fill.
Please keep in mind, foreign fills are not always guaranteed. If previous set is not workable, it MUST be removed and rescheduled for a new set.
LOYALTY CARD
After every lash appointment with a new client I give out my business card that has my contact information, an aftercare card, and a loyalty card. From when you first get your loyalty card it will be dated by me. On the 6th time you come in with your loyalty card, you will receive a FREE set of whatever you’d like. Afterwards, I can give you another loyalty card for you to start over.
PLEASE DO NOT forget to bring your loyalty card!!If you forget, I will not be able to date it therefore, it will not be counted. It is really important to bring your loyalty card every time you have an appointment with me so you can get closer to getting your free set. Right after the fifth appointment you have with me and ALL of the five slots are dated on the loyalty card, message me on instagram so we can set up a date and time for your free set.
